After Patna interviews at the district offices we had some chai made the RIGHT way. Cooked on hot coals and served in clay pots. :)

Your food pictures make me jealous! I love street food!If they sell it, you should try a roadside chat vendor (just don't get the pani puri <=water content). I don't know if this is the season for it but street-side roasted corn on coals is super delicious too!
